Caption: Not supplied. This week, eight of our talented senior Pasifika students attended a special day hosted at Massey University for Pacific Island Leaders of Tomorrow. The day was led by successful young Pasifika tertiary students who acted as wonderful role-models. They stressed the importance of setting goals, planning for a career, taking advantage of tertiary education and aspiring for excellence.
The students felt excited and proud to represent the college in our formal uniform and they judged the day a huge success. They said that they felt ‘empowered’!
