Every term, the Principals of our contributing
primary and intermediate schools respond enthusiastically to my
invitation to morning tea with our senior leadership team to discuss and
consult about new developments at Selwyn College. At this week’s
meeting, we discussed our 2011 enrolment process and I presented our
‘Selwise’ model. These meetings are enjoyable for all of us – not only
because of our valuable discussions but also because of the wonderful
spirit of collegiality amongst us.
