Squash
Squash is a sport new to Selwyn, with our first foray into competition in 2017 with a novice junior boys team. It's a code we are keen to develop for the future and we have been fortunate to be able to forge a partnership with Squash Auckland which enables the boys to receive professional coaching at Panmure Squash club.
In 2018 we came up with a great team of students who showed keen interest in the game and reached a competitive level of the sport. For the Boys we had a few teams and the Girls who tried out squash for the first time, had great wins after learning the sport, thanks to our dedicated Auckland Squash Coach.

Teams
Selwyn College Squash was part of
College Sport and since we had an excellent outcome in 2018, we will be looking to enter teams into the
Auckland Secondary School competition depending on interest received in
2019.

Match Details
Girls Open and novice boys play Mondays after school.
Boys Open grade play Wednesdays.
Uniform
Participants will need black shorts (preferably PE shorts) and will be provided with a top.
Help Needed
Parent assistance is needed to transport the students to training and matches.
