Electronic Resources

Students have access to some brilliant electronic resources which are available through the internet.  These include

Te Ara	The Encyclopedia of New Zealand online
EPIC	This requires a username and password. This suite of databases provides access to excellent resources for students.  Please see the Librarians for the username and password. EPIC includes access to the Encyclopedia Britannica online, Oxford English Dictionary and thousands of full-text articles in subject specific databases (for example ProQuest Science Journals, Grove Art and Music and a Biography Resource Centre).
INNZ	Index New Zealand is a searchable database that contains abstracts and descriptions of articles from about 1000 New Zealand periodicals and newspapers published from the 1950's to the present day.  See the Librarians to order these.
