  1. Download a copy of the Enrolment Checklist and follow the instructions.
  2. Download and complete the Enrolment Form below.
  3. Visit these sections for information about courses offered:
  4. Then complete the relevant year level course selection form from the following list:

 Year 12
 Year 13

5. Please also complete the Student Health Record and include this with your application.
