Te Whanau Awhi o Selwyn

Who are we?

We’re parents, friends, students and staff of Selwyn College who enjoy getting together for various activities and events, with the purpose of supporting our students and school.

What do we do?

We organise fun(d-raising) activities such as Quiz Evenings, a Christmas Market, and last year a hilarious Hypnosis show. We also provide refreshments and general support for parents’ evenings and the Community Theatre, and are always on the lookout for new activity ideas.

Can you join us?

Yes please!  We'd love to get to know you, and you can be as involved or not as you want:  pouring tea and coffee or sizzling sausages a couple of times a year, decorating the venue for Quiz, to helping organise the Christmas Market, signing up sponsors, or joining the committee (we meet monthly).  Just email us at contact@twaos.co.nz and let us know what you'd like to do.
